Is this a good scene?
I’m debating on whether this scene in my book should be included. It’s NOT the cliche dream scene - as the protagonist is actually aware that it is a dream.
Also, I believe "he" is used too much. Any ideas on how to fix this and the scene’s other flaws would be welcomed.

Is she the one i should go out with?
1. When she says hi, she doesnt smile

2. The one time i texted her she did not reply

3. I was able to call her and reach her, the conversation lasted like 5 minutes because she had to go but she sounded very cheery and happy and was very very talkative (plus she spoke amazingly fast)

4. When im with her in person, if shes using the computer and i come up to her and talk… she will maybe give me a quick glance but other than that she doesnt look at me (yet she still talks but not nearly as much as when on the phone)

5. My friend ask her if she was interested in me 3 weeks ago and she said no she wasnt but he thinks she was lying cuz she was giggling and because of how she acted like

6. She sometimes stares at me… like last time we were both walking up the same sidewalk in opposite directions and we both just stared at each other while walking to the point we almost passed each other with our eyes gazing the others

So yea… im confused becuase of how she normally is and i dont know if shes treating me like she would anyone else or if she actually likes me. Im planning on asking her out this friday…. How should i ask her out?…ummmm so any help?

I’d leave it a little longer until you ask her out or meet up a few times first, she can’t treat you like that in a relationship.
